Jay is one of the founders and directors of Hustle+Heels and practises as a corporate solicitor at Healys LLP in London. Jay has supported, advised, and worked with business owners and stakeholders, using her own experiences and knowledge as a business owner for over 10 years to connect with those wanting to pursue their passions.

Through her work at Hustle+Heels Jay started out as the person that was out on the ground engaging with business owners in their shops and delivering training and advice personally. Jay now works part-time within the company supporting with the backend of the company focusing on strategy and operations.

Jay is passionate about supporting people to realise their business potential whether that is in her role as a director of Hustle+Heels or through her work as a lawyer at Healys LLP.
